EVALUACIÓN ECONÓMICA DE LA SUSTENTABILIDAD Y SU NIVEL DE RIESGO DE DOS SISTEMAS MIXTOS EN EL SUR DE CÓRDOBA

RESUMEN EN ESPAÑOL

The objective of this work was to study the quantitative evaluations of economic sustainability and the level of risk in a mixed system of cattle-agriculture in comparison with a pattern containing a high percentage of agriculture, in the South area of Córdoba Province. This pattern was based in the tendency of the area to increase the agriculture. This economic and evaluative pattern was developed taking into account the information of a demonstrative Unit of a real system called "La Perla" situated at the Agency of Rural Extension of Huinca Renancó. This work was carried out in a systematic way completing a rotation. This study consists of: F A comparative analysis of the economic results of the historical average of the real system and of a pattern, based on the previous one, with a high percentage of agriculture, observing the impact that it has got in the results the increment of agriculture, with the consequent change of the climatic risk. The historical results are used as reference for taking an elemental criterion of sustainability in systems of pastures rotations and annual cultivation, offering information of economic results. F A projection of the two rotations towards the future using an agronomic simulator (EPIC), which offers productive results and physical conditions of the soil which is an essential component of sustainability. With these data and through methodology of evaluation of investment was determined an evolution of economics results during 56 years and the damages that would take place in the soil and the comparison of these results with the costs involved for its solution. F An evaluation of the climatic risk in this area, almost marginal for agriculture with the purpose of getting an interaction between the risks factors (sustainability).

As a general result of these two components, we arrive at the conclusion that none of the two rotations is sustentable, so we appeal to the Phosphorated fertilization to maintain unaffected the initials results, which implies an additional cost for the system. Of the two rotations, the similar one to the real system is in a superior level of economic results. It was also obtained a Lineal Programming with risk using a methodology of analysis, a more efficient use of the restrictive resources in a referred system. We arrive at the conclusion that the increase of the agriculture doesn't improve the long-term economic results.

Key words: Mixed System Catter-Agriculture, Agronomic Simulator (EPIC), Rotation, Sustainability, Phosphorated Fertilization, Climatic Risk.
